How long before I hear back from you?

We usually respond to request within 24 hours or less.

How long will it take from start to finish?

Typically, a project from start to finish will take no longer than two weeks. This depends on your wishes, the feedback we receive, and revisions we have to do.

What if I don't like the demo(s) you send over?

You have two options if you don't like the demos we provided. Either you let us create a new one based on your feedback, or we can refund your down payment.
